Ur face is pretty narrow so id consider MARPE (since ur 19). You are also pretty bloated/fat so work on that. Also u have no gonions so u should try to hypertophy ur masseters. Ur dimo is non-existent.
But overall ur too old for much skeletal change so just try to do all u can.

U can go to a good orthodontist or an airway dentist. If either of them have half a brain they should get u one no questions asked. U probably wont even need to larp any breathing issues but u can if ur ortho is stingy. Also the longer u wait the less chance the MARPE has of working so u should get to it ASAP.
