if you are 6'2 then why does the sink only go to your crotch along with your arms barley touching below it lol you wont post a full body picture barefoot next to a door its obvious your maybe 6 foot in shoes given the proportions along with the muscularity at 190. Im 6'2-3 roidmaxxed and the leanest I get is 210 any lower I lose muscle and fullness RAPIDLY. you look about 10-12 percent bodyfat and seem muscular with decent fullness (especially since your natty good job on that) you should be 220 minimum at 6'2 natty at that level of muscularity/not suuuper lean

of course if your roided then I could be wrong but I doubt you are based on the physique
