Without surgery, grow out your beard so your lower third looks longer. Use tretinoin on your nose to make it look smaller. I would not recommend surgery ever though, you already look good enough for that

Mtn overall, the eye area carries. Lower third and the squint are the main drags. Try a clean relaxed-eye frontal and grow the beard a bit if it fills in well.
