maybe mltn, but don't take "low tier" as an insult, you look like you can slay if u get rhino + max out your appeal

Do you think i should get canthoplasty + ptosis repair and fat grafting for upper and lower eyelid to fix eye area?
Im also thinking about getting fillers to my chin , gonials and cheekbones

I dont know much on hardmaxxes but after rhinoplasty chin filler + canthoplasty def have the highest ROI. I want to get surgery for my chin + fillers because I dont really like my chin.

Fat grafting eyelid does nothing if you have a droopy eyelid so def consider ptosis repair before that. I cant tell if it's a medical issue though.

Then after that def get gonial and cheekbone fillers if you can.

You def don't have to do all those, but if I could rank them from most important to least:
1. Rhinoplasty
2. Ptosis repair (if it's a legit medical issue)
3. Chin fillers
4. Canthoplasty
5. Gonial fillers
6. Cheekbone fillers
7. Eyelid fat grafting

nah your coloring is fine, a little bit lighter would lower your natural ethnic color a bit though. and hydrocortisone cream for ur nose

Im already planning on doing rhinoplasty to fix it
