Tren is best used on a cut at less than 150mg a week specifically for muscle sparing, but you can get much of the same effect as an amateur by using Anavar thereby sparing your kidneys, mental health and relationships. I don't know why you would bulk with tren, it fucks your body so hard you really don't want to eat

My best results and mental health have come from 70mg of MENT and 250 test. No side effects, just continual growth, so for anyone here thinking about doing steroids take that into consideration
