Your jaw is very wide so don't get a fade - grow out into a longer style.
Lips could be fuller. -> Brush them and use red vaseline
Your nose could be more upturned -> Rhino (probably just leave it in your case its not a true failo)
Your philtrum is small -> (probably just leave it - a hard problem to fix - maybe some filler on your lower lip? Not an expert on that area.

Feel like hair is fucking me but I’m receding so can’t really style it until this fin, min, rosemary, and tret combo starts working. Longer hair honestly softens my jawline
