That's 1/10.
But I agree OP isn't a truecel.
He's failed by his permanently sad eye are from NCT and high set eyebrows, high gonial angle, bulbous nose and somewhat narrow face, that's more because of how high his eyebrows are. He's ethnicity is suboptimal, but he's not death-tier dark. Probably 4/10. The easiest thing he could do is wearing contacts.
