Aye man I’m trying to get rated and get some advice on where I can start with what lmao, due to my older brother I’ve been training most optimal bro I’m almost 90kg with those muscles at ~17% Bodyfat in that picture I ain’t got acne or some other shit bro basically said “hit gym more and eat better” wow world class advice. I guess I just gotta fentmaxx starve myself to 65kg and get those really hollow cheecks and some peptides going to ascend huh man idk what I was expecting when I registered myself here but it was definitely not this
