3 psl isnt that low. you could easily get to being upper tier normie (which youre probably not far from already considering your size) with softmaxxes eg haircut maybe focussing more on skin, idk dying eyebrows or something. as for your lips its quite hard to tell, but theres something off about lower third ie jaw, aside from the obvious asymmetry (when i say obvious i dont mean particularly terrible, i just mean were both aware of it (mine is much worse than yours)). with softmaxes you could become more appealing than most guys probably, but surgery would be need to make you actually "good looking" facially, in my opinion. the fact you only need a few surgeries to do that as well ie you only have a few real problems areas at bone level is pretty promising. dont be disheartened at all tbh, you have a lot of potential
hes slightly recessed yeah (arent we all) but i think any "birdface" is like 80% nose and only 20% chin/jaw, if that makes sense? his lower third isnt that weak. op also looking at your side profile again it looks like your bottom lip protrudes a bit? id defo get lips and jaw checked out (as in lips but probably jaw first as there could easily be/probably is an issue at bone level)
