I have never had any success with women even though I taller than most men and my jaw is also better than most men in my area but I still don't look good. What I really want to know is this: What features am I missing to be really good looking and do well on dating apps? I tried really hard to take the best pictures but I never got any matches that led anywhere even when I was wearing the best clothes or using the best camera equipment possible. I used to have a very bad underbite that I fixed with maxillofacial jaw surgery back in 2016, that definitely had an impact on my looks as you can see in my pictures. I have never been low body fat, I have always been skinny or skinny fat, so maybe my only problem is a matter of high body fat and low muscle mass but I don't really know. I am around 165 lbs at 6 foot 4, so maybe I am just a skinnycel/lanklet.

I think you should not dress so trendy. Clothes are overrated most of the time. You are tall and thin. Just wear baggy pants or something and a hoodie.

I'm looksmaxxing right now by focusing mainly on neck training and bodybuilding.

Also, I'm not an incel, those are just bad pictures, and I made my thread because I thought that getting only 2 matches per day on Tinder was bad, but it's actually above average and I managed that with only 1 great picture that shows my face. So if I had 4 high quality pictures, my results would be way better even now.

Right now, after 20 days on Tinder with that 1 picture, I have 40 matches, most are average looking women between the ages of 18 and 22. Some are overweight but most are not, they are just so average that they're not very attractive.

And if I had a 18-20 inch neck, 17 inch arms, and a muscular ripped physique and chiseled jawline, I would really slay, so that's what I'm aiming for right now.

I follow a Push Pull Program with added neck work, training 4 times per week (twice per week for each exercise). I'm also going to do cardio and some sports to have better endurance so that I am not out of breath after every set.

Each workout lasts only 1 hour and 30 minutes (including rest intervals)

My program right now is this:


Push:

Squats 3x6-10
Close-Grip Bench Press 3x6-10
Overhead Press 3x6-10
Neck Curls 3x21-25

Pull & Arms:

Bent Over Rows 3x6-10
Deadlifts 3x6-10
Skullcrushers 3x8-12
Barbell Curls 3x8-12
Neck Curls 3x21-25

No, not at all and I don't plan on doing it after all because I realized that I just need to get a muscular physique, a thick neck and get down to a low body fat percentage and I will be fully looksmaxxed. I don't need to bother with plastic surgeries because at my height, being muscular is enough.

And besides, even right now, I can attract good looking women for a relationship, and I can attract average looking women on Tinder for hookups, I know because I tried Tinder again on April 1st with just that picture, a picture with my friends and a picture of me doing scuba diving and I got 40 likes in 20 days. None of them were obese, some of them were overweight but most of them weren't but they were average in looks. I also had some that were high tier beckies.

Because I can get average looking women on tinder now, it means that when I will be gymmaxxed, neckmaxxed and leanmaxxed, I will be able to get Stacies on Tinder, so I'll be in the top 10% of straight male profiles.

I'm not frauding, I've been 193cm barefoot since the age of 16 years old, I am now 22 and I'll be 23 in a little less than 2 months.

Some people on this forum don't believe me just because I am skinny so I look much more frail and weak than a 6 foot 4 man should be. And after all, I started lifting at 138 lbs at 6 foot 4 back in 2016, which is a much lower weight than the average 6 foot 4 man. Now I am at 180 lbs and I still look skinny, my friends from high school think I look the same as back when I was 138 lbs, my arms are the same size (12 inches) and even though my stomach is not flat, it's not very big.

From what we know with the black pill's frame theory, 2 people of the same height can have different frames. In my case, I look skinny at 180 lbs, while my friend who is 6 foot 5 looked really muscular when he was at 190 lbs back in 2018 and he wasn't lean, we were at the same body fat percentage but he looked way better than I do now (back in 2018, I was at 160 lbs). And the difference in muscle mass is much bigger than just 10 lbs, and this has been shown even in this video by More Plates More Dates:



In the thumbnail, you can see 2 basketball players, one skinny guy who is 6 foot 10 and 240 lbs and one very muscular guy who is 6 foot 11 and 242 lbs. They look very different from one another even though they weigh the same.

However, the skinny guy is that way because he never built any muscle mass while the muscular guy is that way because he did strength training in the gym for some years, so the skinny guy is that weight at the start while the muscular guy is that weight at the end.

This means that although the black pill's frame theory is right, most people's interpretation of it is flawed. I say this because although 2 people of similar heights can have different frames, just because someone is skinny, it doesn't mean that their potential is lower, if anything, their potential is likely to be much higher.

So in the case of me and my 6 foot 5 friend, since I look skinny at 180 lbs, although he started with more muscle mass than me, my muscular potential is likely to be much higher, simply because if at 190 lbs at 15% body fat I still look skinny, it means that when I will look as muscular as he is right now, I will weigh a lot more, if you do the math.

Of course, what I am talking about here are just theories since I have yet to prove it, but if I manage to prove that it's possible to look great naturally in a short time without steroids even with a very poor starting point, then my story could be used as evidence that there is no such thing as a framelet and that those so called "ectomorphs" are likely to have a greater muscular potential than the average person since being skinny at a high body weight means your frame is bigger since you can build more muscle and weigh more than the average person of the same height.
