I would say you're a 4/5, but lots of potential to be a couple points higher.

I think a large factor that's holding you back is skin and hair, which luckily are easily fixable with time/money.

Your freckles / age spots are really prominent on your forehead and make you look a bit more aged. I would style your hair to cover a bit more of your forehead, though you will know what works best for you. No offense / disrespect intended, hope this was at least somewhat helpful.
