lost fat first. lower ur cortisol and be less stressed in general, dont stuff urself when u eat, fix ur gut biome etc.

you can't delete a thread boyo.

good effort on the weight loss, however u can be SO much more lean than you are right now. lean also doesnt mean debloated too. keep working out, fix ur gut biome and diet, sleep well, skincare, and itll all come together... its never fully over.

bro losing weight is literally calories in calories out. You don’t need to eat so little that u can’t function, you just need to workout more. Incline treadmill and / or stairmaster are great workout finishers, you need to workout more frequently or harder.

lock tf bro dont give up some people may have a hard time losing the fat like you and me but it’s still possible eat clean like extra fckin clean lift very hard track everything and be consistent is the most important part. Id suggest looking some hairstyles that would suit ur face, and shaving off everything. Skin kinda looks doomed in these pics that needs some work visting a derma is a good idea, probably fix your posture if there’s a problem there, and confidence bro is the most important of it all, it should stem from within, you should love you for you and for how people perceive you, and making great progress is another way to love yourself even more, this is some real talk from a nga living irl not these org weirdos, you got it man

im happy man and promise me no drugs my nga like your still so so so young you should enjoy life, quitting that shit will improve everything in your life your mental health and everything bro remember if you need help it’s okay to ask for it. we can make it man i really believe that, and i believe the first step towards that is quitting this bullshit jew owned website and any other bs social media because 99.99% of the people dont make sense here and are probably just joking, if you are worried about looks quitting drugs is the best advice you can get that no nga is going to give you here, like that shit ages you like crazy im 21 and you look like my dad i had a friend thats been clean and hes looking so revived now. your mental health problems probably (4 the most time) are exactly that mental i lived in fucking africa bro people there have it real hard, like real problems yk. and also bro work on both the physical and spiritual aspects of you man because even if you are a 10/10 psl god or whatever if you are a hollow soul you’re probably deep down not very happy so reading books and all that shit is real beneficial man you got it coming from heart

what an odd critter you are, first off yes definitely lose as much fat you can, ur literally like barely out of subhuman tier if you aren’t already tipping ur toes in it

ngl even if you do everything right and bust ur ass everyday, you won’t be around lltn-lmtn range until about almost a year or so

for one get rid of that haircut bro idek wtf the back is supposed to be atleast get it like curved or idk just get a mid taper or smth like that cuz it’s tripping me out, get as lean as you can, workout 5-6 days a week you determine ur rest days, start eating strictly healthy im talking steak chicken fish lots of eggs ect… idek about the eyebrows and do something about ur asymmetry it’s brutal, also mid jaw but you having anything of mtn quality is honestly a miracle, to amplify it more, do this hyoid bone exercise that I’m doing currently and it’s working well, hang ur head off the end of ur bed, slowly come up but try to tuck ur chin against ur chest as soon as you start trying to come up, once there, hold for 10-15 seconds, go back down, then repeat 10 times, this is one set, do 3 daily. definitely gonna have to get rhino one day as well, there’s so much more but that’s what I can reccomend off the top of my head
