Personally I would use a moisturiser especially one with hyaluronic acid in it to keep the area moisturised if your eye area is dry. However from the picture I can’t tell if it’s dry or not unfortunately but this will help to some extent to make the skin look smooth and full. Try to use a Retinol or tretinoin so it boosts collagen under the eye over time. Overtime if you use these products and be consistent with them it will help a lot. Also make sure to have your basics down like sleep, enough water and stress levels in control. I’ll be honest though you have a strong base so you shouldn’t worry too much about it.Itachi*
