if you have breathing issues then yes. don't expect insane movements though. also you'd benefit more from a genioplasty in my opinion, your chin is really sloped. you can get them combined though

Fix your skin obviously, change the hairstyle. You have a huge forehead so you need a hairstyle that covers some of it.

Dye your eyebrows darker and fix your chapped cracked lips

IDK if you can get it in insured, that depends entirely on whether you have an actual health issue like jaw misalignment, sleep apnea, etc.

But lookswise you would definity benefit greatly from a Bimax, don't listen to the guy saying that you just need a genio. While a genio would improve you, you don't just have a recessed chin, both your jaws are retruded. For maximum improvement, you want double jaw advancement, ideally with counter clockwise rotation.

On the bright side, you're White. If you fix your jaw, your phenotype should carry you.
