dye your eyebrows darker
train your neck
get a tan
get a good body and cut down to like 12% body fat

Clear your skin - seems like you will need accutane

Take beta carotene for a tan (you won’t be able to achieve a sun tan while in accutane)

Train your neck to make it thicker

Religiously apply minoxidil and dye your eyebrows - you need them thicker but also closer together and wider

Maybe a derma stamp will help with the growth for minoxidil

yes for sure but most ppl can't get work done - so i just gave him a guide to get mtn with like 50$ or 1k if you include the accutane

He def needs to fix the overbite it will be the biggest boost besides acne/eyebrows
