What can be done for either of those besides cope? Been considering accutane, but family has a genetic predisposition for it to cause major hair thinning, both dad and aunt

doxycycline wont do shit, try and get either isotretinoin/ accutane (oral) or tretinoin (topical). azelaic acid (prescription 15-20%, dont bother with the cosmetic 10%) could also help RE post-acne marks/ texture/ complexion
