lltn , i am sorry , bad nose shape , downgrown maxilla , that causes a flat side and poor facial depth , u also have a narrow face so it doesnt match the lenght of the midface , eye are also looks bad , u also need more bonemass . ur 15 tho , try all the cope methods until the puberty ends , i am talking about thumbpulling and bonesmashing , and no its not cope . if u want to really ascend u need lefort to fix the downgrowth . if u dont want to get lefort get marpe plus headgear asap.

M/hltn front, lsub5 side. Severely long face especially from philtrum to mouth, => facial thirds are fucked. Ipd is too high and side oh boy. Nonexistent browridge, lips disappear no ramus at all. Those are all impregnated into your skull so theres nothing you can really do besides fixing your failos through hardmaxxing. Genuinely over, genuinely sorry.
