That’s straight up wrong.

Test E takes 4 weeks to even fully saturate. Even after it fully saturates and does a full cycles his balls will still be producing some test and he will recover just fine.

Test and clen in giga retared. Stop using fucking clen.

He did give good advice tho, lose fat you fat shit. Surgery max while fat is crazy work. Pay 20k for surgery and ascend 0PSL because your fat covers your bones theory.

Gain muscle, lose the acen, debloat that's most likely why ur face is asymmetrical cuz one side to bloated, shave ur face, or u could just get jaw surgery ur jaws to acute

i will be hoping on gh and a bit of tren stopped using clen it really helped me tho
and i wont be paying for surgeries i know a surgeon it will be free but first i need to see the potential of my genetics

i thoguht potatoes avocados hazelnuts and red meat would be great 2k cals

im 6 2 so 170 pounds is okay for my health but for my looks i want to be 160 lean and how do i fix my frame

i actually just got some equipment for my home al i need is a pull ul bar
i know what gymcel means and if i become 140 as 190cm guy i would become anorexic
