21 yo, I think the priority is nose job tbh, about the hair now I have it longer which means the forehead is more hidden, I just hope it doesn't recede more (probably cope)
Then again, why do surgery since I already like my girlfriend, plus our features go well together, she has meh eyes I have good eyes, I have low FWHR she has high FWHR, I have jew nose she has aryan nose, plus she's tall, our kids would look great

Those eyes are so perfect reminds me of Barrett only if your brows were lower set and thicker. Try dermarolling + castor oil for brow thickness.
Need to lower that hairline for good harmony/symmetry don't worry about your nose too much.
Start chewing hard mastic gum and look into zygo implants.
Megadose Vit A+ C and beta carotene also a light suntan would improve you by a lot your skin looks to pale/pasty a good colouring would compliment your good physique pretty hard imo.
6-6.5PSL if maxxed on all

The lowest I've gone to was 14% BF, and there isn't any definition, my cheekbones are not prominent enough imo, do you think I should try to go down to like 10%?
