I'm 6 weeks into college and my health indicators have turned to shit. No sun, bad water, shit diet, and less consistent sheet changes. I lifted for 2 years consistently, but since I got to school I haven't had the time to go. What peds with minimal side effects should I look into? Using current pictures in bad lighting.

True alexander. Get off the org and go slay stacies at college fam. Get sun, drink water, lift more or just do pullups and pushups a ton in ur dorm.

You shouldn't even be on here honestly just a couple youtube videos would fix everything.

i actually feel so bad for some of these greys posting their face, looking good and thinking they're ugly asf. What do you think is wrong with ur face??? Your white, blonde, blue eyed and have a great bone structure, are 6ft+ and workout.

LHTN - maybe even MHTN could do with a debloat or fat loss, as well as a change in hairstyle. basically reached softmaxxing potential .

man u don’t need any peptides , maybe mt2 if you want but you really don’t need to improve anything
