4.5/5.5 months of accutane done, ive been using tret recently and ill continue after im off of accutane. Also gonna try and micro-needle for scars. Also may start occasionally using hydrocortisone in the future.

Is there any way to fix my jaw recession besides BSSO?

Dont micro needle while ur on accutane, also take some bulk of the top of your hair.
