Go for a jog in the morning do it while fasting aka without eating beforehand. Do it medium intensity (to understand it: you could talk while jogging without it taking ur breath away but u don't want to be literally walking), do it for 15 min 3x time a week (monday, wednesday and Friday) in the first 3 weeks and go increasing in 5 minutes each if u find u have more gas in the tank.Any advice for workouts I can do? I would not recommend working out at home. for me, i would just get stuck at the computer or infront of a screen. try running, that is what homo sapiens is best at. also cut the carbs. Important thing: DON'T GAS YOURSELF OUT, if u can't do it 3x time a week, do it 1x, if u can't do 15min, do 5. The important thing is consistency and not killing yourself out.
Do a proper diet too. If u want tips do keto (protein only, basically) for losing weight as protein kills ur hunger and has low calories, if u think ur energy levels are too low add carbs into the mix. Fats are good for hormonal control and prioritize the good ones (like olive oil and avocado) and cut out the bad ones (McDonalds for example). Again don't kill yourself dieting, the most important thing is to keep urself on the path.
Abt the rating, yeah youre sub 5, but one can't know truly his face if he never got into <10% bodyfat (you're probably around 40% bodyfat so u have work to do). Give me ur weight and height
