Probably work out more/better diet. I posted this bc I've got mixed signals. I've been with a few women so I'm not an incel I'd consider myself nearcel at worst LTN at best. most play I get is from like goth type BPD women. I've been treated like a subhuman from some women, a 5 by some women (eg. Friendzone) and also a chad by some women so I figured my looks would probably be around dead center.

Any advice for workouts I can do? I'm a turbo autistic neet and the nearest gym is 20 mins away. Gonna buy some workout equipment with my tax returns from my old job I had last year.

Go for a jog in the morning do it while fasting aka without eating beforehand. Do it medium intensity (to understand it: you could talk while jogging without it taking ur breath away but u don't want to be literally walking), do it for 15 min 3x time a week (monday, wednesday and Friday) in the first 3 weeks and go increasing in 5 minutes each if u find u have more gas in the tank.
Important thing: DON'T GAS YOURSELF OUT, if u can't do it 3x time a week, do it 1x, if u can't do 15min, do 5. The important thing is consistency and not killing yourself out.

Do a proper diet too. If u want tips do keto (protein only, basically) for losing weight as protein kills ur hunger and has low calories, if u think ur energy levels are too low add carbs into the mix. Fats are good for hormonal control and prioritize the good ones (like olive oil and avocado) and cut out the bad ones (McDonalds for example). Again don't kill yourself dieting, the most important thing is to keep urself on the path.

Abt the rating, yeah youre sub 5, but one can't know truly his face if he never got into <10% bodyfat (you're probably around 40% bodyfat so u have work to do). Give me ur weight and height

I would not recommend working out at home. for me, i would just get stuck at the computer or infront of a screen. try running, that is what homo sapiens is best at. also cut the carbs. I can see that you eat shit. look up aajonus and the primal diet on tiktok, its hella fun to follow such a diet. good luck

we don't know that, hell we can't even know how good are your muscle insertions, let alone your facial bones. But you will DEFINITELY increase some points in PSL, your condition is not sub 3 as in there are no genetic deformities in your face that won't be healed trough fat loss. A safe guess would be a MLTN JUST from fat loss, you can improve other things too like your height for example that isn't good either (using shoelifts rn isn't a good ROI because, well people won't stop treating you like you're below them because you're still a fattie).

Also you're much lighter than I thought at first. You need to stop eating like a pig and get that jogging going for, do calisthenics too. Also an important part is the mental game, you have to consume ppl that motivate you to get fit, mine were prime David Laid, Zyzz, EyeShield21, Bale's Batman, idk man you need to find something. Remember you are what you consume, both in food and online content too

This is going to sound cringe but it's clav that inspired me into wanting to work out 💀 always liked tuning into his streams. But yeah idk I think most important is face> over height bc I've had some foidlets like 4'11 who are usually into my height. Also status matters alot and I lack that. I knew this 5'2 beaner in hs who looked curry and he got Stacie bc he was popular.
