Bad lighting, I would say I'm pale but not as pale and red like it appears in the photos. What can I improve and how (no hardmaxes) + what hairstyles would look good on me​

Can I also get some advice on how to improve and a rating from somebody who isn't a random with less then two months in this forum
 
Lmtn. Thin brows, lack of upper lip and philtrum too long. Get a lip lift and just use minoxidil for brows. Train neck a bit too jfl
