This is my transformation (11th-12th | 16-17.5ish). I know my maxilla and mandible is fucked and I plan to get DJS or an expander in the future. I also plan to use gear to grow my frame(HGH maybe)? Going on Accutane in a couple of days but any other advice would be appreciated or suggestions. I also get 0 bitches not even the chopped shyt want me, this is my last straw.

facial hair giving me a temporary fraud, skin is slowly getting fixed, on left is what im now and trust me its much clearer just a bunch of scarring and hyperpigmentation and closed comedones, no active acne
