Your acne is pretty bad, get 10 benozol peroxide face wash I use panoxil there a good brand, and skip all the extra products and just use a moisturizer after and a sunscreen tinted or normal, loose the chin pubes, get rid of the middle part and let it flow in the front, you have eye bags, use volufline for undereyes and upper eyelids, caffeine serum and vitamin c serum, Debloat your face, do more cardio and drink lots of water , and have lots of potassium

I’d say hltn facially but really close to lmtn, also your face just doesn’t match your body which probably will lower your smv. You look really really young for 16 and your body looks very well developed. Just wait till you get older I can see you going up 1-2 tiers after finishing development and loosing your baby fat in the face
