Angle is unnatural and does not reflect IRL appeal. If you are going to post one photo, post one from 3/4 perspective in neutral lighting.

That being said, you're clearly above average, I'd rate you 6.5/10. Your lower third, slightly large nose and asymmetrical eyes are your most obvious issues, but none is a particularly glaring failo. Lower third can be fixed with thicker stubble or leanmaxxing.
