He has downgrowth of doom, trimax will address this somewhat but the damage has already been done (you are quite limited with reversing downward growth, unfortunately).

Jaw filler and zygo filler can help mask his long midface, but these will more than likely make him uncanny, just because of the act of trying to hide such a massive falio.

Softmaxxed LTNs can become a solid HTN, it ALL depends on your base.

It's not an arbitrary Black and white abbreviation meaning if you are not A you will not reach B, every cause is extremely different in the sense of how everything will add up not the so called failos and the results will correlate to that not linearly but many factors to play some can't even be defined. thinking otherwise is naive, some can actually go with such jump and some can't, it's not guaranteed and if we tried to reduce with General abbreviations yes it's unlikely if the condition nailed with what you said but not inevitability. trying is what matters, you have nothing to lose besides money who you will probably spend on useless shit anyways.

It's not even his midface it's just his philtrum being so out of ordinary to the point being a deformed 1% failo, no matter what I don't think it's possible to reduce it to a normal range with such base, that alone destroys almost his whole submmalar/ jaw area hence why I don't think it's possible he can reach htn, but if he had a better philtrum base that can be reduced significantly with surgery, the likelihood of him becoming htn with those procedures is respectful and worth trying.
