Rate me after following ur tips

A while ago I've asked some users here and on lookism to give me a honest rating and some suggestions on how to improve.
I've applied some of your tips such as neck training, tanning and getting plenty of sun and vitamin d, fixing a little bit my beard and eyebrows (I haven't done much on my beard and eyebrows but it's better than nothing.

I have been following your advices for a little over a year now.
What's your honest rating?

I'm 6 ft, 184 cm

I would but I feel like that having already a narrow face this would further increase the narrowness.
Also I have curly hair that needs a lot of maintenance to look good and I'm not the kind of guy who knows how to treat curly hair, I wish I were though
