Like ive never slept this goooddds i feel soo rested and i didnt gym for 3 days so i recovered a lot. I ate lots of eggs and meat in these days and fish too. Like lots of shrimps, tuna and sardines. I also did more skincare. I defo look zestier but it is what it is
