Like ive been on the grind for 2 to 3 months. What i did? Never ate more than 1.2k cals. I worked out 4 hrs a day and on rest days i cycled for 4 to 5 hours i cycled 50km every day. My expenditure was stleast 3k cals every day so the deficit was fierce. Miraculously i didnt lose much muscle it was mostly fat and water . I know this cuz my size and strength were approx the same. My strength went down some days for 10 percent but then i got it back after good recovery and more rest days so maybe i almost lost zero muscle mass.
My diet was literally 90 to 80 percent protein. Most of the rest was healthy fats from eggs and butter and small amount carbs from my veggie juice. For some reason i didnt have any stool issues i was shitting every day small amounts some weeks only 5x a week but still a lot even tho i wasnt eat much food.
My face showed the smallest changes of my whole body. My whole body became veinier and veinier but my face just got a sharper jawline but the rest was approx the same unless i sucked in cheeks then i looked like my actual leanness. I estimate my bf at around 9 to 10 tbh. I have abs veins slightly.
Ive recently started my cheat week for some refeed and restart and then ill cut more for 2 months straight until i get to 7bf or 6bf and then ill stop this nonsense and just maintain and lean bulk very slowly.
