Mk still bloating me tho. I am at 12.5bf atm.

I've given up on debloating. Just gonna overdose mk and call it a day. I'll get leaner tho. But will always be bloated until the cycle ends
 
My scale says this about my bodyfat. But I'd say it's closer to 13 than 12
