Yeah the shape is really bad but it doesn't look that big
Mine has a horrible shape and wide af alar and extremely projected (4cm width 4cm projection JFL)
4cm is not big, but completely average

.

4cm is not big, but completely average
For **Caucasian males**, the average **alar width** (distance between the outer edges of the nostrils) and **nasal tip projection** (distance the nose tip extends from the face) are generally within the following ranges:

### **Alar Width**
- **Average:** **35–38 mm** (can range from 30–42 mm)
- **Normal range:** Typically no wider than the intercanthal distance (distance between the inner corners of the eyes).

### **Nasal Tip Projection**
- **Average:** **20–24 mm** (measured from the alar crease to the tip)
- **Ideal ratio (Goode’s method):**
- Nasal tip projection should be **~0.55–0.60** of nasal length (from radix to tip).
- For example, if nasal length is **55 mm**, ideal projection would be **~30–33 mm**.

### **Additional Considerations**
- **Ethnic variations:** These values are generalized for Caucasian males; other ethnicities may have wider alar bases or different projection norms.
- **Rhinoplasty standards:** Surgeons often use these averages when planning nasal reshaping procedures.

Would you like more specific references or surgical guidelines?

So yea it's big, the fact that it's so projected makes it look wider compared to my eyes

4cm is slightly above average, but still within a normal range.
It shouldn’t be too noticeable, unless there are other factors, that may contribute to a perceived big nose (for instance, mid-face recession would be one such factor).

As a white male, mine is 5cm, that’s actually big, and an outlier.

How does it harmonise with your Eye-spacing?
