Look, I know I asked a rating before, but that was an old picture of me. I lost some pounds but even then I'm not sub 15% bodyfat at the moment. I think one of the many things I struggle with when it comes to debloating is consistency and the environment (in terms of people and food). Anyways here, if you wanna know this not eating a lot of calories helped me alot but I still got long ways to go.
