Your skin is bad not even just the unevenness the elasticity is terrible that's why your starting to see labial folds. I'd start a ghk cycle. Also your hairline is something to look out for. It looks weak you could start showing patterns of baldness and once your bald it's over.

i think its my natural hairline as it has looked the same since childhood. for skin im currently considering hydroquinone and tretinoin. ghk cycle is pretty expensive where i belong from i'll do it when i start earning myself. is there anything else i can do?

Probably not unless you wanna get deep with surgery. Not really worth it.

You have a round and easy to draw front. If your face was more angular you'll look better. I feel like glasses would look good on you.

should i invest on minoxidil tho? i've heard that it helps + for skin im currently considering hydroquinone and tretinoin am i on the right track? i was planning to get on accutane but backed off as it may lead to early growth plate fusion

Idk man I dont do any of those I’m kinda new here I only use tretinoin but only thing it has done is make my face worse so cant give u any advice sorry
