But one piece of advice don't do an aggressive cut/weight loss, you can try a mild one but you can definitely stunt your growth and its probably your prime growth years rn

Eat healthy and nutritious food, go find a sport you like playing, sleep 8 hours and develop healthy habits. Don't do anything drastic that you may read here, or see on social media, because you'll end up fucking up your puberty.
