I’m already fixing my skin w tretinoin. I want to switch to accutane so bad but dont want to block growth hormone, maybe i will become taller soon cuz late puberty.

Also i have treadmil at home but lazy af to hit cardio, is this really magical thing that will impact crazy, like worth it to do every fckn day before college? Thank You

cutecel with a htn face, brutal bro will be looking like a teenager when he's 25 (maybe if you framemaxx and stubblemaxx you could look more like a man)

i think now its better to be cutecel, in my 20s i will turn to more masculine looks
 
key question is treadmill cardio every morning has that magical impact as every looksmaxer saying. They are glayzing it like its musthave. But idk
 
you’re a htn. also accutane isn’t a growth hormone blocker, the only “growth” thing ppl bring up is rare growth plate stuff mostly in u18, and at 18 you basically near done anyway (if you’re paranoid just ask derm + do a quick bone age check). if your acne is persistent/scarring then accutane is needed tbh. cardio helps you stay lean so face looks sharper, plus mood/sleep/stress (stress lowkey wrecks skin), do 20–30 mins incline walk 3–4x/week or 10-15m if ur lazy just stay consistent + wash after sweat. you look good already so there’s not much to fix, but surgery wise you could get lefort/bss0 and sliding genioplasty could add a bit more chin definition to ur side profile

appreciate it brother thank you. My weight never changes, even if i eat a lot, or none. So should i hit cardio? I feel pressure when everyone glazing cardio, but i dont do it even when i have treadmill at home😭

cardio isnt mandatory but if you want the benefits like +stamina, staying lean or getting better mood + health, do the minimum dose so it don’t feel like torture: 10 mins incline walk after you eat or before shower, 3–4x/week. once it’s a habit you can bump to 20–30. you need to eat +500 cals a day on top of what you normally do if your weight doesnt change then add like 200 more, hit 0.7–1g protein per lb bodyweight, and spam easy calorie foods like rice/pasta + meat, eggs, greek yogurt, milk, peanut butter, nuts, olive oil, and smoothies, do 2 big meals + 1–2 snacks daily, and weigh yourself a few mornings a week aiming for about +0.5 lb/week. this diet should help you probably, you should still give it a try
