Yeah the pic isn't great but it's what we're working with. Will put up side profile in the future

- Train neck to get thicker neck
- Get rhino for smaller nose (maybe)
- Fringemaxx & grow out your curls
- Gymmaxx for your shoulders/frame
- Plus skin, etc

If I do all of this what can I potentially max out at?

I've recently started covering up parts of peoples faces when rating to make sure I don't get blinded by halos and failos, you are actually facially a lot more attractive than you are perceived because of the neck being a failio and the hair not being a halo. I would say facially around 5psl, so you may well be a chadlite in disguise, but your neck legitimately kills you and gives me the first perception of normie.
I don't have any other recommendations apart from what you have listed above, that will max you out softly, I suggest you do that then when looking into surgeries you focus on eye aesthetics (but this may well not be necessary)

Eye area is good but you could do like such a small filler above the eyes and be completely hooded. And yeah if you lightened colour I’m sure you’ve seen how crazy good light eyes on dark skin looks

I have pretty much the exact same cut right now minus the fade and it does nothing for me because my forehead is still exposed. Like others have already mentioned, I'm starting to see that curls would suit me a lot more because it'd balance out my thirds a bit more.

Maybe I'm coping but I really don't think I'm below avg for a black. I could see a low 5 around normie tier but a 4 is too low (I've had plenty of IOI's in the past and almost got laid). Fair enough, if that's how you explain it going off of face alone I'll take it. However I think 6'3 + decent physique will see broader appeal IRL when you factor else everything in.
