if possible maybe try something soft for your middle face third, it falls a little behind compared to the other face thirds in terms of appeal, but you dont really need anything bhai

Yes it’s really brutal. I am a horse face but sadly not much you can do. I am considering getting a lefort 1 impaction. Maybe a full ccw rotation with bimax or trimax cosmetic ofc. Do you think that could solve the problem maybe?

oh yes that would improve your facial structure alot, just make sure that you get this surgery from the right surgeon, getting this botched will ruin your life

Yeah, getting botched is the scariest part but I have whatever is needed to cover it. Besides that is there anything else or would that ascend me by quite a bit?
