You have the same jaw and fat distrib in the face as me bro, you need to loose all the buccal fat left. If it's resistant to leanmax, there are 2 solutions either you bulk for a little time to have enough muscles before cutting to go downer in body fat without side effects. Or there is another method if you want it go private, you can combine both it'll more efficient. (I'm thinking about a little bit of Kybella to help the buccal fat for myself)

Just search on the internet it's a fat dissolver, I'm doing that and the weight gain is no funny but I'm also happy to gain muscle mass although I start not seeing my abs anymore. I'm almost sure this is a necessary step 9month of clean bulk.
To have a chiseled jawline if you don't have the genetic you have to become muscular and to cut (and even with that it's not sure) but you will still always do better than without muscle.
10% bf at 130lbs and 10% bf at 190lbs is one hell of a difference.
