i live in a very sunny state and im always squinting when im outside because of this, this over time led my muscles to be in a state where i always look like im squinting

Possibly but it's hard to estimate sometimes, some people descend from during puberty (me) and others ascend, since you are already in PSL your chances of ascending looks wise are higher, though you may descend your neurotypicality.
