Look into bigonial width expanders,

you can probably do orthodontics for it, if your paarents wont let you, you will need to hardmax

Idk the ortho treatments so do ur own research and get consults

However in my opinion i dont think you really need to hardmax.

You are already lmtn which is upper average and your lower jaw may still grow (However this is not guranteed)
