you should atleast lose fat for now, if you cant lose facial fat or are already around 12% bf than use Aqualyx to dissolve fat in the face

Yeah currently “starvemaxing” just gotta give it some time now, also been hiting the cardio machines at my gym.

cardio is just not worth it, may make you gain more due to increase in hunger, dont need to starve yourself instead eat more meat limit carbs
