dye your hairs and eyebrows black + fix UEE and get a rhinoplasy that's it

get upper eyelid fat grafting, if you cant there insnt really any other ways other than some 2023 cope eye pulling techniques. If u have the money getting a rhino would also be considered but u dont look bad as is. Looking at your face you are kind of giving tom welling vibes with like the rounded ish eyes and pretty good jawline, but u are far from him

Oh yeah also try making ur eyebrows as least negativly tilted as possible, try make ur eyebrows slightly positivly tilted but not too positive otherwise it looks un canny and weird
