1. start by fixing your eyebrows/ making them darker and shape them

hltn, Id say get off on some skincare to get some cleaner skin, start with better diet if that doesnt work try some accutane or other skin products.

Looks like you habe some hair loss, try some fin and minox if you want to do it better, do your reasearch tho.

Then shave off the beard and go to the gym.
