u have good potential if u did rhino in the future, and also ur lips stick out too much like a fish, maybe u are protruding maxilla which means u have an overbite

and if you want to do anything get a rhinoplasty, it’s a very common procedure and would help you a lot

get braces ASAP or Invisalign before it’s too late, when u hit 20s ur face will stop developing and u will need surgery to correct the bite via jaw surgery, also overbite also cause ur nose to stick out more which gives it an illusion to make it look bigger then it actually normally is
