I've been leanmaxxing and lost around 30 kgs, still got around 10-15 kgs to lose. Is there way to fix my horrible undereyes without surgery? Also I have no idea what to do with my hair as it's been long for years now.

First two photos are considered "good photos" of mine back when I was fat, I cringe every time I go back and look at them. I am 6'2 btw.

Fat grafts, fillers or infra orbital implants for under eye area. Orbital decompression for eyes although it’s risky
