For your facial flaws i can recommend plucking your eyebrows at their ending points to give them a positive tilt

Besides that there isnt anything left you can do with softmaxxes

Your biggest weakness is eye area
your nose is bulbous and upper/lower lip ratio is off

Slight amount of fillers would be enough on the upper lips without going cardashian james sapphire levels

Nose is an easy fix with rhino just don’t go turkish clinic that turns every nose into waterslides

For your upper eyelid exposure try fat grafts on upper eyelids or some fillers

At best scenario you can ascend to htn

I don’t recommend any orbital box osteotomies since they are highly experimental and invasive
