Squinting is probably your best bet without surgery but it can’t fix the shape to make them less round or bulging. To be honest, you definitely have appeal and most women in real life won’t notice it or be repulsed by them
 
Ur eyes definately needs orbital decompression, maybe even more, but orbital decompression is a must, nothing will fix bulgy eyes other than surgery

You can look 180 degrees down and up simultaneously and it won't effect your canthal tilt.

Cathal tilt is actually not even the biggest failo. It's the fact that your eyes look like they are bulging out of their socket like Steve Buscemi.
