Looking good and potential to look GREAT if you lose fat. upper lips needs fillers, shape and size is so weird. Nose is asymmetric and piggy like can get better with rhino. After all that you can decide if it's worth considering jaw implants/fillers to get more symmetrical or not but tbh the biggest failo is you being a fat fuck.

i’m 175 at 5,11 and lost 100 lbs what weight do u think i need to hit or do you think it could be a loose skin problem if so what can i take to tighten it?
